Rodel Gonzalez is a Filipino-American artist and musician whose passion for art began at an early age under the guidance of his father and grandfather, both painters. He studied painting at the University of Santo Tomas and later earned a degree in interior design. Gonzalez also co-founded the popular Filipino band Side A, where he performed as a singer and songwriter before returning to fine art in 2002. Known for his realistic landscapes, seascapes, wildlife, and expressive use of light and shadow, he has become an internationally recognized artist and an officially licensed Disney Fine Artist, creating works inspired by Disney and Star Wars.
